This site is for all my family especially for my children and grandchildren who will get to know their heritage.This site is dedicated to my  mother who wants to know her past as much as I want to know mine and my  grandmother,who passed away in 2003.I want to thank my mother,who has given me  the start on her family.She has always been an inspiration to me and has given  me information to help me on my journey into the past.I lost my father when I  was young and I hope I will get to know him better through this site.His family (Wright)is still a mystery to me but I am still searching.

This site is a work in progress. I have tried to be as accurate as possible but I am only human and mistakes happen. This is not a full time job but a hobby.  There may be long periods of time when I don't do any reseaching. Actually, that is  the best way I've found. You get a fresh look at lines you were stuck on. That may  not work for some people but it does for me. I have lots of info so if you find something that doesn't seem quite right, please let me know. I am always interested in anything you may have. PS. One of the greatest men I know died on Father's Day 6-15-08. Chester Puckett was a father to me for 30 years and I will dearly miss him. You will also see alot of his  family on this site because I was researching for him also. I plan on leaving his  information on this site. He was a big part of my life.

Sadly, my mother passed away this year 2013. It has been a difficult year. She left me all her  pictures and I will be going through them.

I can't believe it is 2015 and I have been away for so long. I have decide not to make my site  public due to people being negative. I expressed above that I am not perfect in all areas of my  site but I believe it is accurate to my knowledge. I do know about the broken links. Maybe when  I retire I will be able to work on that. I have updated some info and try to keep up with  births, marriages and deaths.I have uploaded some pictures. I will have to watch because I am  just about at my limit and then I will have to upgrade. Happy hunting and make lots of  memories!...Lorey

Update 1/17/19: I retired from the Chillicothe VA on 8-31-18. Many of my relatives are passing  away, 2018 saw Aunts Susie and Moe leave us. Health issues are becoming the norm as I age. My  sister Mariruth is fighting lung cancer. And her son Derek fights seizures from Antiphospholipid syndrome (blood clotting disorder).  I have seen grandchildren become adults, leaving only Breezy in High School. No new great  grandchildren yet. New additions to the family last year were niece Megan's son Alvin and she  is expecting again in May.

My sister passed away 8-6-2019 from lung cancer. Her daughter Megan has had 2 little girls since I updated last. My sister always wanted little girls and sadly she will not get to see them grow up. I miss my sister a lot and think of her often.

Update 6-23-2022:  I saw my first grandchild get married in April. Breezy married Adam Huffman. She is now 20 years old. My niece Megan is expecting another little girl in October 2022. My son LR (Ron) experienced a heart attack in 2020 and has not been able to work since. Dave and I will be celebrating 31 years of marriage on June 30.
